We can annual production 15, 000 tons of cast steel and 3, 000 Tons investment casting. Now the maximum weight per casting is 10 tons while the maximum out diameter of cast is 3, 800mm, so we have strong production line, we are the largest manufacture of steel in South of China. Products produced in our group are divided into 4 series. There are parts for meters, pumps, valves and casting, which are widely used in oil industry, chemistry, trains, ships, construction, mine industry and general machineries. We produce all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel casting parts, especially valve and casting.
1. Valve body-----The main materials of the products are WCB, WCC, C5, CA15, WC6, WC9, CF8, CF3, CF8m, CF3M, LCB, LCC, 304, 316, 304L, 316L, etc.
2. Casting -----We manufacture machine casting, pumps etc, Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Ductile iron, etc.
For quality of products international standards have been implemented and the group has obtained CE certifications, and has passed international quality system certifications of ISO 9001 and CE, etc.
Yong Bao Special Steel exports 80% of valve and has established business relationship with 50 customers in 24 countries in Europe, America, Asia and Pacific area. The company has long term and stable business cooperation partnerships with famous valve manufactory of WenZhou, Chao Da valves, KoKo valves, Fangzheng Valves, FeiDa valves, and etc.
